Write or call before you come. We are not publishing a street address, because we are not certain of it. The museum was founded in the composer’s own house; a report of 2018 says the house was taken down in the rebuilding of the capital and the collection moved to a building on the grounds of the Academy of Sciences. Until that is confirmed in writing, an address here would send someone across a city, or a continent, to the wrong door.

Everything else about a visit is arranged the same way it always was: by asking.

Say when you would like to come and what you would like to see. Groups, students, researchers who need the manuscripts, and anyone who wants to spend an hour with the instruments and the recordings are all handled the same way. Confirm the opening hours at the same time; the ones the old site published have not been checked since.
